Elopement in Miami's Key Biscayne with Robert & Jonayln

Updated: Oct 2, 2023

First kiss as husband and wife on the beach after a small wedding ceremony in Miami

Robert and Jonayln are married! Last week, we were scheduled for a morning wedding ceremony at Crandon Park. Driving over the Rickenbacker causeway, I saw a huge black cloud over Key Biscayne and was already thinking of back up plans to a beach wedding. As luck would have it, the rain paused about 15 minutes after we were scheduled to start. Robert and Jonalyn were wonderful. They were so stress free and excited regardless of the weather. I think the universe felt their peace and rolled out the sun for them. We performed their intimate beach ceremony on Crandon Park, took photos on the beach, celebrated with a champagne toast and then drove over to Bill Baggs State Park for additional photos. I love the way they turned out. You can see the genuine love and happiness in their faces. I think my favorite part about a destination beach wedding is that it takes the stress out of everything coming together exactly as planned. You can adjust as needed when it's just the two of you. Congratulations Robert and Jonalyn!
